Cancellation Policy

We understand that elite travel plans can evolve. Our cancellation terms are structured to be fair and transparent:

• Standard Cancellation: Full refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
• Flexible Window: 50% refund for cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before pickup.
• Last-Minute: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.

Refund Process

We prioritize quick and secure financial transitions for our VVIP clients:

• Refunds are initiated immediately upon cancellation confirmation.
• The amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
• No processing fees are charged for cancellations made within the free cancellation window.

Rescheduling

Want to change your dates instead of cancelling? We offer one-time free rescheduling if requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to vehicle availability in our boutique fleet.

Exceptional Cases

In rare cases of mechanical failure or service disruption from our end, a 100% refund or an immediate vehicle upgrade will be provided, regardless of the notice period.
